1. No Return Policy
At Pfemisure, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.
We request customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
Although we do not accept returns, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To report the issue, you must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the package received
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selected by the customer
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier services
- Minor variations in color or packaging
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
